Load a digitized design from many different embroidery machine formats, adjust, modify, resize and add your own creativity and save it, maybe in another embroidery machine format to sew just as the stitch preview has shown.

• Multi-format!
  Load and save designs in the following formats: Pfaff (.pcs), Husqvarna Viking / Pfaff (.vip), Husqvarna (.hus), Brother/Babylock/Bernina PEC (.pec), Brother/Babylock/Bernina PES (.pes version 2, 3, 4 - version 3 and 4 load only), Compucon/Singer PSW (.xxx), Janome (.sew), Melco (.exp), Tajima (.dst), and Toyota (.10*).
  
• Adjust your designs
  Mirror, rotate by degree, vertically and horizontally. Reduce or enlarge in scale up to 20%. Move embroideries around the screen, zooming in up to 800%. Use Zoom to Fit to adjust the design to the available screen area or view at Real Size for lifelike accuracy. Undo one step in the design process if you need to. Once the designs are adjusted as you like, Combine them ready to embroider.
  
• Embroider with ease
  The VIP File Assistant program is included with creative Customizing so you can transfer designs to and from your creative 2140 machine. Send designs directly to your creative 7560, 7562 or 7570 embroidery machine using the creative Cable Kit (available separately). Cut, Copy or Paste embroideries to and from other VIP Embroidery System programs.
  
• Choose your thread color numbers
  Enter the thread colour numbers from any of nine databases: inc Sulky Rayon, R-A Rayon, Madeira Rayon, Isafil Rayon, Madeira Poly. Adjust up to 60 colors in any design. Store the colour information in your .vip files, or export to your preferred format.
  
• ColorSort your designs!
  Reduce the number of thread changes in your design with the intelligent ColorSort feature. Set your screen to any color in the 16-million Windows color palette. Turn the grid on and off or change the size or color.
  
• Quick 3D View
  Preview the embroidered design in three-dimensional stitches and set at Real Size. Use the VIP Configure program to set your fabric color. Print a design worksheet in color to use as a sewing guide and as a template on your garments.
  
• Add notes
  Store up to 1000 characters of notes for your .vip designs. Search for key words to choose designs. Read in notes from your .hus, .pcs and .pes designs, too. Use the VIP Conversion program to convert all your embroidery files to your preferred thread shades.
  
• Stitch count and density are altered instantly
  Whenever you enlarge or reduce words, the number of stitches is automatically adjusted. Accurately set the desired height and width of any letters. Add any number of words to a design with the Insert Multiple feature. Automatic Kerning accurately determines the best spacing between letters and positions them with precision.
  
• 35 fonts included
  Stylish two-color monograms are easy with the 6 two-color fonts (Brush Block, Daisy, Gaelic, Primrose, Ribbon and Vine). These are just five of the 35 lettering styles included with creative Customizing.
  
• Choose the layout for the lettering
  How would you like your text? In a straight line or a circle? As an arch, double arch or diamond? Just click.
  
• Lettering is adjusted according to the size selected
  Choose from 12 Fill Patterns to texture large letters. Underlay stitches are automatically created to enhance your lettering results for varying size and fabric types. With Nearest Point Joining, letters are connected at the closest point for faster stitching.
  
• 175 different shapes, frames, corners and borders
  Seven shapes styles are included to help you complete your picture. Shapes 1, Frames 1 and 2, Music 1, Buttonholes 1, Corners 1 and Borders 1 each have 25 beautiful shapes, to make the perfect frame for your embroidery.

  Whenever you enlarge or reduce a shape, the number of stitches is automatically adjusted. Accurately set the desired height and width of any letters. Add any number of shapes to a design with the Insert Multiple feature.

  Scan in your image, use photos taken with a digital camera, or draw your own pictures with the Drawing Tools, Text and Minipics. Crop, rotate, mirror or scale pictures to get the picture you want and improve scanned images with the Filters.
  
• Huge selection of fill patterns, stitches and borders
  Choose from 108 fill patterns, and adjust the density from 2 to 15. You can also set the angle of stitching to any degree. Create fill areas with a satin border of 1 to 12mm width, or a border by itself. In large satin areas, choose from 12 fill patterns. Make straight or curved lines of Running, Double or Triple Stitch, any length from 1 to 6mm.

  Simply click on an area of the picture and the stitches appear. Choose from 108 patterns and any angle. Up to nine `holes' within the area are automatically recognized. A QuickStitch Tie off is placed after each fill area. Satin borders of 1 to 12mm width are created with a single click.
  
• QuickTrace Double or Quadruple to trace outlines
  Click on a line and two or four layers of Running Stitch are automatically produced. Choose from stitch length of 1 to 6mm.
  
• Appliqué - faster than ever before
  Select a motif and creative Digitizing frames it automatically with a double stitch. Embroider, trim the extra fabric, satin stitch and you are finished.
  
• QuickStitch Tie-Off
  Choose from 5 tie-offs to secure areas of stitching without having to place the points.
  
• Satin areas add lifelike texture
  Choose straight, curved or ring satin areas and add one of 12 fill patterns if the area is large. Use feather stitch for special embroidery patterns like animal fur. Texture both edges or just the top and bottom section.
  
• FreeHand precision
  Place points for Fill, Running, Double or Triple Stitch Areas if desired. Choose from 108 patterns for Fill Areas and set the angle to any degree. Set stitch lengths between 1 and 6mm.
  
• Edit your design easily
  Undo or go back up to 10 steps in picture, stitch creation or editing. Redo one step in stitch creation or editing. Alter colors, pattern, density or angle of an area after digitizing. You can add and delete areas or points of an area, also move points. Zoom in up to 800%, use Zoom to Fit or view at Real Size for lifelike accuracy. View any combination of colors or object types (Stitch, Satin or Fill).

Create designs with the Cross Stitcher on your computer and then sew them with your embroidery machine.

• Colors of the rainbow
  Select your favorite thread manufacturer from 8 thread databases. Shift stitches and change colors as you prefer. "Paint" cross stitches on your computer screen with or without a grid or background image. Set your screen background to any color in the 16-million Windows color palette. Turn the grid on and off or change the size or color. Print a design worksheet in color to use as a sewing guide.
  
• Designs come to life
  Choose from standard, mini and diagonal crosses plus an outline stitch feature to accentuate your embroidery. Set cross stitch sizes from 1mm to 20mm in length. Select single strand, double strand or triple strand to simulate number of embroidery floss strands for crosses and outlines. Create petit point, needlepoint and traditional Assisi or Blackwork designs.
  
• From the computer to the fabric
  Create beautiful cross stitch embroideries with the quality of hand-stitching. Scan in your image, use photos taken with a digital camera or Clip Art. Use the pictures as templates or let the creative Cross Stitcher Wizard create the design for you automatically. creative Stitch Editor

• Resize with new Stitch Editor 6.2
  Resize whole embroideries or just the selected stitches using patented stitch technology. Keep the same density and fill patterns in your designs.
  
• Increase or decrease with constant density
  Alter the size of your designs without affecting their density. The stitch processor in creative Stitch Editor changes the size with changes in stitch count (UK Patent 9921013.0 Pending, US Patent 6,510,360). Resize whole designs or selected stitches, as desired.
  
• Keep fill patterns
  Detect and maintain patterns automatically when resizing your embroideries. Creative Stitch Editor will change satin stitches into fill if they would be too long when you increase the size of your design.
  
• Adjust stitch lengths
  Set maximum and minimum for single stitches to your preferred length. This is useful when resizing designs with running stitch outlines.
  
• Modify and add patterns to motifs
  Create completely new embroideries from parts of your existing creative Cards. Use new patterns to transform your designs.
  
• Load designs in any hoop
  View, open or drag and drop to select your favorite designs on screen, as many as you like each in its own window. Select hoop size or create your own size. Work with sections of designs or whole designs
  
• Select and adjust stitches
  Display designs by color block or use the slider bars to show the order of embroidery, then select a specific area using freehand or polygon features. Cut, copy, or paste the marked section in that embroidery or a new one. You can also mirror vertically and horizontally, rotate by degree, or scale parts or whole designs up and down
  
• Prepare unique designs with new patterns
  Choose from over 200 PatternMake stamps in two sizes to transform flat areas into 3D works of art. Use them as individual patterns, in a line or to fill a whole section of your embroidery. Change the angle of the stamp, too.

• Design new stitches for your machine
  Create new 9mm and Maxi stitches for your Pfaff creative 2140 or 7570 machine. You can automatically create stitch designs from your own background picture. Select from nine different stitch types including traditional candlewick knots.
  
  It's your choice
  After loading your background picture, you can either create a Light or Heavy QuickTrace automatically, or add stitches using the QuickTrace, Satin and FreeHand features. Select one of nine different stitch types…
  
  QuickTrace Light and QuickTrace Heavy
  Click on a line to create a line of Running Stitches (Light) or Triple Stitches (Heavy) along the connected lines of your image. Choose stitch lengths from 1mm to 6mm.
  
  Parallel Satin stitches add a beautiful sheen
  Create straight columns and curved columns of parallel satin stitches. Fixed angle satin is always at 90 degrees to the direction of sewing, to allow the machine to move forward smoothly.
  
  Place FreeHand Stitches where you wish
  Add beautiful traditional Candlewick knot stitches in star, rectangle or ellipse shapes for the finishing touches to your stitch design. Place Single Stitches to link areas, or add straight or curved lines of Running or Triple stitch.
  
• Edit stitches easily
  Import stitch designs from your Pfaff creative 2140 or 7570 machine. Select and modify groups of stitches - move, cut, copy, paste, rotate, scale or mirror areas!
  
  Import stitch designs
  Insert stitch designs from your Pfaff creative 2140 or 7570 machine. Most of the 2140 stitches are supplied with the program, too. Insert pcd and pcq format designs also.
  
  Select stitches easily
  Choose one or a group of stitches using block, color, polygon or freehand select, or Select All. You can select stitches using the arrow keys, too.
  
  Modify blocks of stitches
  Cut, copy, or paste the marked section into that stitch design or a new one. You can also mirror vertically and horizontally, rotate, or scale parts or whole designs up and down.
  
  
• View and stitch directly
  Choose thread colors to preview your design, then transfer it to your machine. You can even export the stitches in embroidery formats to use in the hoop.
